    • Introduce Yourself!
Before our first meeting, let's get to know each other a bit. Please introduce yourself with your name, preferred pronouns, where you currently live, if you've had any previous experience with the Transition Movement, and why you're interested in becoming a Transition Trainer (if you aren't one already). You're also welcome to share anything else about yourself that you'd like. Let's have fun with this!

Based on your Mini-Healthcheck results, how would you structure your own Thrive training? We will have a chance to work on exploring those emergent challenges during the meeting next week, so it would be useful to outline the main issues you've observed and the categories best suited to address the support needs of your group.

Please share your responses to the following: 1. Create a list of trainings you can offer, and prepare an initial planning of at least one of them, that includes: potential hosts and cofacilitators, format, potential prices, dates and location, a simple budget and marketing strategy, materials and tools needed, add any other topic that could be relevant. 2. What skills are needed to deliver a transition training? Which ones do you have? Can you think of concrete examples when you used some of those skills? Prepare a skill-share list for the next live meeting. Topics may include: social skills, facilitation, knowledge about the topic, relevant technologies and resources, coordination and management, fundraising and promotional strategies, etc.
