Equity is where we focus on an individuals needs, and to acknowledge that in any space differences will exist and people require support in different ways. Equity acknowledges that we all have different needs, experiences and opportunities, if we can identify the barriers and inequalities that people experience then we can help to elevate the people who are on the margins. The easiest and quickest way to do this is to listen to the living experience of anybody that’s marginalised, to accept it and work with it. *Diversity is what makes us as a human race, to try to homogenise us into white is good, straight is good, middle class is good means that there’s av very thin white line of matter
