Host a Course With Us

 Whether you are a permaculture graduate looking to host your first course, or a longtime facilitator looking to venture into the online space, you have come to the perfect place.

 By hosting your course on this platform we take away lots of the headache of creating and hosting your own web space. We offer guidance along the way and will help to promote your course. 

 We aim to create a community full of useful and practical knowledge that can be accessed by anyone interested in permaculture. 

Values

 Primarily, we are looking to host courses that are aligned with the ethics of permaculture, namely; Earth care, people care, and fair share. 

 It is also appreciated if you are able to give examples from different demographics, showing both people with privilege and lack of privilege. 

Course Structure

 For an in-depth look at how to create a course using the LearnDash LMS plugin, take a look at our onboarding course. 

 You can create a full course with different modules, lessons, and topics. You can add written content, pictures, audio, videos, quizzes, assignments, and more. You can also add downloadable materials. 

 Please note that in order to add videos, they must first be uploaded to a third-party site, such as YouTube. 

Payment System

 Our payment system is hosted through opencollective, who help groups and communities to manage their finances. 

 If you choose to create a paid course, you will take 50% of all profits generated. The other 50% goes towards the services you will receive. This includes web hosting, onboarding and tech support, proofreading, course maintenance, financial admin, and promotion of your course on a wide variety of networks. 

 You have a further option of hiring our experienced copywriter for €30 p/h. 

 It is also possible to create a free course, in which case you would not have to pay any fees.
