Hello and welcome to the Designing Work Spaces for All Course, we are very pleased to have you here and hope you can gain valuable insights and information into making your workspace more open and accessible to more people, as well as learning about yourself and our unconscious bias’ we hold within each of us.
By using a easy-to-use methodology we set out to guide you through a process so you can attract a wider audience to your project, for example
- to increase the number of men/women within the space;
- attract a younger/older audience;
- increase the ethnic diversity within your space or make you space physically accessible for people with disabilities.
